When would I send a Thoughtful Dog Box?
These boxes are often sent when there isn’t a specific occasion to celebrate. They might be a way of saying “I’m thinking of you”, sending support during a difficult time, letting someone know they’re not alone, or simply reminding somebody how loved their dog is.
Sometimes there isn’t a reason beyond wanting to make someone smile. Those are often our favourite stories.
Who are these boxes usually sent to?
Some are sent to our own dogs. Others are sent to friends, family members or loved ones whose dogs mean the world to them.
Sometimes the box is for the dog. Sometimes it’s just as much for the person who loves them.
What if I don’t know what to say?
You don’t need to write the perfect message. A few simple words are often enough. Sometimes the gesture itself says far more than a long letter ever could.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Every box includes an illustrated card with your own message, whether that’s a simple “Thinking of You”, “With Love” or something more personal.
Can I send a box directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Many of our thoughtful boxes are sent directly to friends and family across the UK as a surprise gift for a much-loved dog.
How quickly will my box arrive?
All boxes are sent via Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery – £3.30 (next day delivery aim)
Two Day Delivery – £1.90 (2–3 day delivery aim)
Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
What if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?
Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend the address before your order is dispatched.
