How do I choose the right box?

Most people start with the reason they’re sending it. A birthday, a new puppy, a recovery gift or simply a way of letting someone know they’re thinking about a much-loved dog. If you’re unsure, browse by occasion and choose the one that best matches the story behind your gift.

Can I send a box directly to the dog?

Absolutely. Most of our boxes are sent as gifts. We don’t include prices or invoices in the parcel, just your personalised message and the box you’ve carefully chosen for the lucky recipient.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Every box includes an illustrated card with your own message, making it easy to celebrate, comfort, congratulate or simply spoil a special dog.

What if I don’t know what treats they like?

Don’t worry. Many of our customers are sending gifts to dogs they’ve never met. We carefully select treats that are popular with a wide range of dogs and provide full ingredient information on every product page.

How quickly will my box arrive?

All boxes are sent via Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery – £3.30 (next day delivery aim)

Two Day Delivery – £1.90 (2–3 day delivery aim)

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

 

What if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?

Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend the address before your order is dispatched.

What if the dog has allergies or dietary requirements?

Ingredient information is shown on every product page. If you’re unsure, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll always do our best to help.

Do you include a receipt in the box?

No.

Most of our boxes are sent as gifts, so we never include pricing information inside the parcel.

You’ll also never find discount vouchers, promotional leaflets or requests for reviews tucked inside the box. We prefer to keep the focus where it belongs, on the gift, the dog, and the reason it was sent.

After all, every box begins with a story, and that’s always been more important to us than the next sale.
