Terms & conditions – Send A Dog A Bone – February Giveaway – Collaborating with @iam_miles_of_smiles

How to Enter:

All entrants must then be following both pages.

All entrants must like the giveaway post on either @sendadogaboneuk / @iam_miles_of_smiles page

All entrants must comment and tag a ‘furiend’ and share the post to their story.

In order to be entered into the giveaway entrants must tag @sendadogaboneuk / @i_am_miles_smiles page in a photo or video of their dog with the hashtag #sharethelove

The winner will be selected by the account managers of @sendadogaboneuk / @iam_miles_of_smiles at the end of the giveaway.

When to Enter and Who Can Enter:

Entrants can enter at any point between 7th February 2023 and 13th February 2023 whilst the giveaway is still running – 1 Winner will be chosen on valentines day. (14th)

Entrants can enter the giveaway numerous times with numerous videos/pictures and numerous comments/tags on the post.

The Competition is only to UK residents.

Prizes:

The prize for winning the giveaway will be as described in the post.

The Prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services.

Data Protection and Publicity:

When entering you consent to your name being published on the digital channels or other media of @sendadogaboneuk / @iam_miles_of_smiles if you win any Prizes under the giveaway.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016.

By entering the Competition, you agree that @sendadogaboneuk /@iam_miles_of_smiles may contact you in relation to the giveaway. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

Giveaway Rules:

The giveaway will be run and Prizes will be awarded at @sendadogaboneuk /@iam_miles_of_smiles sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change the giveaway rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on the Send A Dog A Bone website.

All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on the digital platforms and used in the services provided by and no person may make any use of them without @sendadogaboneuk / @iam_miles_of_smiles express permission.

Liability and Indemnities:

Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Send A Dog A Bone and its associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

– any postponement or cancellation of the Competition;

– any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and

– any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Send A Dog A Bone’s reasonable control.

– Send A Dog A Bone does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind

– Send A Dog A Bone shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

Jurisdiction:

The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
